Russian aid reaches Artsakh

Food, hygiene products, bedclothes, childcare products: The
truck of the Russian Red Cross arrived in Stepanakert via the Aghdam road with
the Artsakh authorities’ permission. According to news coming from Artsakh, as
agreed, the Lachin corridor will also be opened for the Red Cross in 12 to 24
hours.
