Artsakh president discusses Azerbaijani troops’ movement in Defense Ministry

On Sept. 12, Artsakh President Samvel Shahramanyan paid a
visit to the Ministry of Defense, the press service of the Artsakh president
reports.

In his meeting with the military leadership, he referred to
the geopolitical situation of the region, and the movements and deployment of
Azerbaijani troops since Sept. 5.

The meeting also addressed the security measures to be taken
to protect the civilian population in conditions of the humanitarian crisis, as
well as in case of a potential escalation of the situation.
