Russian truck enters Stepanakert via Askeran with Artsakh authorities’ permission

As announced previously, the Russian Government has sent humanitarian
aid to the Republic of Artsakh, Artsakh InfoCenter reports.

Today, Sept. 12, the humanitarian aid arrived in the
Republic of Artsakh in ICRC vehicles under the auspices of the Russian Red
Cross. The aid entered Artsakh via Askeran with the Artsakh authorities’
permission.

The aid truck carried Russian-made essential goods.
