UN secretary-general welcomes conclusion of talks between Yerevan and Baku

U.N. Secretary-General António Guterres has welcomed the conclusion of negotiations between Yerevan and Baku.

Guterres noted that he is encouraged by the progress made and reaffirmed his strong support for efforts aimed at resolving all outstanding issues between the two sides.
