China strongly condemns Israel’s violation of Gaza ceasefire deal and calls on UN to take action

China has strongly condemned Israel for violating the Gaza ceasefire deal and is calling on the U.N. to take action, RIA Novosti reports, referring to China’s Permanent Representative to the U.N. Fu Cong.

“Israel has violated the peace deal on ceasefire. We strongly condemn this and call on the U.N. Security Council to take further actions,” Fu Cong told reporters.
