Today, the presidential elections of Artsakh will take place
in the National Assembly under unusual conditions. We will broadcast the
election live, and at the same time, will discuss and analyze the situation in
and outside the parliament with experts. The situation is grave, to put it
mildly. We hope that the overall process will go smoothly. During our live
broadcast, we will contact our correspondent in Artsakh to follow the
developments on the ground and the popular sentiments in the second Armenian
