Amazon cancels orders

The American online retailer Amazon has canceled orders for numerous product categories from China and other Asian countries, Bloomberg reports, citing its sources.

Among the banned products are sunscreens, scooters, and air conditioners.

According to the publication, the reason for the cancellations is the U.S. tariffs imposed on imported goods. Amazon representatives have declined to comment on the cancellations.
