Armenia recalls its representative to CSTO

Armenian President Vahagn Khachaturyan has issued a decree
recalling Head of the Permanent Mission of Armenia to the CSTO Viktor
Biyagov. 

“On the prime minister’s recommendation, under Article 132,
Part 1, Clause 2 of the RA Constitution and Article 14 of the Law on Diplomatic
Service, Head of the Permanent Mission of Armenia to the Collective Security
Treaty Organization Viktor Biyagov is recalled,” reads the decree.
