Artsakh must have a president: Parliament passes legislative amendment

The Parliament of the Republic of Artsakh convened a session to address the presidential term extensions through legislative changes. By a majority vote, an amendment was adopted. Since the current government has made it impossible to hold national elections in Armenia, the parliament can elect a president until the opportunity arises.
