Prevention of domestic violence or LGBT propaganda: Istanbul Convention — take 2

A few days ago, news came in that four MPs from KP, namely
Zaruhi Batoyan, Maria Karapetyan, Tsovinar Vardanyan and Sona Ghazaryan want to
ratify the Istanbul Convention in an underhand way. 

In fact, they want to pass it off as a bill to make
amendments to the law on the “Prevention of domestic violence”, to the Criminal
Code and in other laws (codes).

The new informational bait is already put out. However, in
2019, we were not beset with acute and pressing problems, and tough challenges
were not facing us; today our physical existence is jeopardized. But, even
against the backdrop of besieged and starving Artsakh and constant shooting,
they are again up to bringing the Istanbul Convention up for public discussion.
