
Pashinyan’s government counts number of Genocide victims
One hundred and ten years ago, the Ottoman Empire killed 1.5 million Armenians, making their exile a consequence of the Ottoman Empire’s atrocities. More than 30 countries have condemned and recognized this fact. What happened, how it happened, and why—these questions have been answered by survivors of the genocide and by historians of both past and present.
