President of the Republic of Artsakh Robert Kocharyan sent a congratulatory
message on the Independence Day of Artsakh:

“Dear compatriots from Artsakh, 

I congratulate you on the Independence Day of the Republic
of Artsakh. 

Today, like 32 years ago, we are faced with a situation
where it is only through the strong will of the Armenian nation and its ability
to work towards a common goal that the independence of Artsakh can be
preserved.”
