Will the POWs forgive? Armenians still kept in Baku prisons 3 years after war

As of now, there are 40 POWs kept in Azerbaijan. Most of
them were captured after the tripartite statement of November 9, 2020, was
signed. The Armenian serviceman, captured most recently in the run-up to the
“era of peace”, was a reservist participating in a military training. He was
arrested on Aug. 16.
