Stepanakert-Baku dialogue is possible

The topic of a collective return to Artsakh has once again united former foreign ministers of Artsakh.

There were five key issues on the agenda, with one important message: to develop a clear plan of action for 2026 at the level of foreign ministers by the end of the year. According to Abraham Gasparyan, all organizations working on the issue of the collective return to Artsakh should collaborate.
