Who ceded Shushi: 1 year of Mikael Arzumanyan’s imprisonment

About two years after the 44-day war, the authorities
managed to find somebody at whose door they could lay the total blame and
responsibility for the loss of Shushi. On this day in 2022, former Commander of
the Artsakh Defense Army Mikael Arzumanyan was arrested. He was accused of
failing to properly meet his duties during the war, thereby leading to the loss
of Shushi.
