Trump announces willingness to tripartite meeting with Putin and Zelenskyy

U.S. President Donald Trump is ready to participate in a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, the U.S. leader told reporters at the White House.

“Well, if necessary,” Trump said when asked to comment on the prospects of the mentioned tripartite meeting.

“At the moment, we are working toward a meeting with President Putin. We will see how the events develop. I think everything is good, but we will see,” the U.S. president stated.
