Netanyahu accepts Steve Witkoff’s proposal for ceasefire in Gaza

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu told hostage families earlier today that he is prepared to move forward with U.S. Special Envoy Steve Witkoff’s latest temporary ceasefire and hostage deal proposal, The Times of Israel writes.

Hamas is reportedly unsatisfied with it, as it leaves an opening for Israel to resume fighting after the temporary truce concludes.
