Artsakh president convenes Security Council meeting

On Aug. 28, Artsakh President Arayik Harutyunyan convened a
Security Council meeting.

President Harutyunyan referred to the steps taken to get
information about the Artsakh residents, abducted today by Azerbaijan, and the
measures adopted to get them back.

The meeting also discussed the situation in Artsakh,
possible developments and the steps to be taken by the authorities to respond
to the deepening humanitarian crisis and to deal with the security issues.
