Azerbaijan has abducted Nelson Sargsyan from the illegal
checkpoint in the Lachin corridor. Nelson Stepanyan was born in 2001. He was
coming to Armenia from Artsakh under the supervision of the Russian
peacekeepers.
Artsakh InfoCenter reports has confirmed the information.
The reasons for the abduction are still unclear. Alen
Sargsyan is a student. He was leaving for Yerevan to continue his studies.
“Azerbaijan is pursuing its genocidal policy against
the people of Artsakh, once again violating the principles of international
humanitarian law. Details on the incident will be provided later,”
InfoCenter reported
