Nare and Nane’s mother is leaving maternity
hospital. The babies went through the blockade for 8 months, and after all,
were born in besieged Artsakh.
The birth rate has dropped in Artsakh on
account of the blockade. The Ministry of Health told ABC Media that the rate
has declined by 7.2% compared to the same period last year.
