France is going to propose a resolution to the U.N. Security
Council to help the 120,000 people of Nagorno-Karabakh facing starvation on
account of the Azerbaijani blockade, French daily newspaper Le Figaro writes.
The newspaper noted that the lives of 120,000 people — men,
women, children — is in the hands of the U.N. Security Council.
It is also noted that next week, Paris and other large
regions of France will send a convoy of humanitarian aid to Armenia.
