
Iran’s presidential aide visits Armenian family injured in Israeli airstrike
Mahmoud Alavi, Special Aide to the President of Iran and Head of the Council of Ethnic and Religious Affairs, paid a visit this morning to a Tehran-based Armenian family injured in an Israeli airstrike, the daily newspaper Alik writes.
During the hospital visit, Alavi met with 72-year-old Anahit Shahbazian, who sustained serious injuries in the bombing, and conveyed President Pezeshkian’s warm wishes and hopes for a swift recovery.
The other three members of the Armenian family, who suffered minor injuries, were discharged from the hospital the day after the incident.
