Yerevan elections as way out of crisis; What Democratic Consolidation party offers
On Aug. 23, the Yerevan Council of Elders elections’
campaign began. Thirteen parties and one alliance are running for the elections
— Democratic Consolidation party among them.
Leader of the party Suren Petrosyan told ABC Media that it
is important that we understand the situation in our country and how we can
cope with it. In this regard, the party introduces its own concept of reshaping
the society.
According to the party leader, these elections should not
merely be perceived as the Council of Elders elections. The important thing is
to grasp the message that political forces will convey to the society.
