noting that a rally is going to be staged on Sept. 2.
“Besieged Artsakh has been confronting the enemy for
nine months.
On Sept. 2, on the Independence Day of Artsakh, take part in
the rally in support of Artsakh and show that you are with Artsakh. Join
thousands of your compatriots and show that Artsakh is not alone. Let us show
that we will protect our homeland and that we are united.
So, let us meet at 6:00 p.m. on Sept. 2, in Freedom
Square,” he wrote
