The Aravot: The U.S. urges the member states of the U.N. Security Council to refrain from proposing draft resolutions

Following the U.N. Security Council discussions, the U.S.
urges the member states of the U.N. Security Council to refrain from proposing
draft resolutions. The Aravot daily newspaper wrote this, quoting sources close
to the Foreign Ministry. 

To remind, on Aug. 16, the U.N. Security Council emergency
session on the humanitarian crisis in Nagorno-Karabakh was held. The countries
expressed their positions. However, no document was adopted.
