Hagop Der-Khatchadourian: “Blacklist” of Diaspora Armenians is unacceptable

In fact, the sad reality is that people promoting Armenian
interests are blacklisted not only in Azerbaijan, but also in Armenia. ARF
Bureau Representative Hagop Der-Khatchadourian said this with regard to Bureau
Member Mourad Papazian being refused entry into Armenia.

“People’s disagreement about the policy adopted by the
country’s authorities cannot be a reason for refusing them entry into the Homeland.
Such restrictions flagrantly violate the fundamental principles of law and
democracy. Such injustice and discrimination cannot be condoned,” he said.
