Arayik Harutyunyan meets Defense Army command

On Aug. 18, Artsakh President Arayik Harutyunyan met with the command of the Artsakh Defense Army, the press service of the president reports.

“The meeting discussed issues relating to the defense capability of the Republic of Artsakh. Artsakh Defense Minister, Commander of the Defense Army, Maj. Gen. Kamo Vardanyan described the present situation.

President Arayik Harutyunyan issued a number of instructions related to the measures to be taken to ensure the security of the Artsakh population living under conditions of a total blockade,” reads the report.
