Around 9:20 a.m. on Aug. 18, the Azerbaijani Armed Forces
violated the ceasefire in Martuni region. They opened fire from small arms on
the tractor carrying out agricultural works in the fields of Myurishen village,
RA Foreign Ministry reports.
It is obvious that by its regular attempts to thwart
agricultural works, the Azerbaijani side is trying to aggravate the
humanitarian crisis in the Republic of Artsakh caused by the blockade.
To remind, this is the third time that such an accident has
happened in the last 2 days.
