King of Jordan congratulates Pashinyan on peace between Armenia and Azerbaijan

Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan had a phone conversation with King Abdullah II of Jordan, the Armenian government reports.

Abdullah congratulated Pashinyan on the establishment of peace between Armenia and Azerbaijan following the Aug. 8 talks in Washington and expressed his support for the process.

Pashinyan thanked Abdullah for the congratulations and expressed confidence that the agreements reached would bring significant benefits to the entire region.

The two leaders agreed to develop and deepen bilateral relations.
