In the run-up to the U.N. Security Council session, the
Chairman of the Anti-Crisis Council under the Artsakh President, Tigran
Petrosyan disclosed a document produced by Russia as an option for the crisis
solution.
According to Tigran Petrosyan, they made this move in the
run-up to the U.N. Security Council session, so that Russian President Vladimir
Putin will change his attitude to the settlement of the Artsakh issue.
