Declaration closing book on Artsakh issue deprives Armenia of its sovereignty; Artsakhis raising the alarm

The “peace” declaration, containing 17 articles, says nothing about the return of prisoners or the collective return to Artsakh. More precisely, it contains negative consequences: the initiation of the dissolution process of the OSCE Minsk Group and another promise to consider Artsakh as part of Azerbaijan.
