The fake ‘Western Azerbaijan’ project and the threat of ‘return’ by cars

Following the declaration preliminarily signed in Washington, Azerbaijan has intensified the propaganda of the so-called “Western Azerbaijan.” Membership certificates of the so-called “Western Azerbaijan Community” are being issued — resembling ID cards — in which the place of birth is indicated as the sovereign territory of the Republic of Armenia. These documents are being actively circulated on Azerbaijani social media platforms.
