Baku fires on EU monitors

Around 12:20 p.m. on Aug. 15, the Azerbaijani Armed Forces
opened fire from small arms in the direction of the EU monitors patrolling near
Verin Shorzha and their vehicle. 

According to the RA Ministry of Defense, no casualties were
reported.
