POW exchange takes place between Russia and Ukraine

Another exchange of POWs has taken place between Russia and Ukraine.

A total of 146 servicemen have returned to Russia, while the same number of servicemen have returned to Ukraine.

The United Arab Emirates played a humanitarian mediating role to facilitate the exchange.
