US special envoy for Ukraine arrives in Kyiv

U.S. Special Envoy for Ukraine Keith Kellogg has arrived in Kyiv.

Footage from the Rada TV channel shows Kellogg participating in ceremonial events.

“Today, President Trump’s Special Envoy, Gen. Keith Kellogg, is in Ukraine,” Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said.
