The Shirak Regional Investigative Department of the RA
Investigative Committee started legal proceedings in connection with the tragic
road accident on the road from Gyumri to Lanjik under Article 342, Part 3 of
the RA Criminal Code.
The Investigative Committee reports that ten passengers and
the driver of the minibus died on the spot.
Five passengers and the ZIL driver were transferred to
Gyumri Medical Center with various bodily injuries. According to the
information provided by the medical center, some of them are in serious, some
in critical condition.
So far, the people transferred to hospital have not been
interrogated in view of their condition.
