EU Council chief blames Russia for attack on EU mission building in Ukraine
European Council President António Costa has blamed Russia for the attack on the EU mission building in Kyiv.
Costa wrote on X that the building was damaged in a “deliberate Russian strike.”
“The EU will not be intimidated. Russia’s aggression only strengthens our resolve to stand with Ukraine and its people,” Costa wrote.
Earlier, Ukraine’s Foreign Ministry confirmed that the EU delegation office in Kyiv was damaged in Russian strikes.
