
Houthi government head killed in Israeli strike
A Houthi leader was killed in an Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) strike, Al Masirah TV channel says, referring to the movement’s leadership announcement.
“We announce the martyrdom of Ahmed Ghaleb al-Rahawi, Prime Minister of the Government of Change and Construction, along with several of his ministers,” the Houthis said in a statement.
According to the report, the strike targeted a government meeting. Besides al-Rahawi, a number of ministers were killed, while others sustained serious and moderate injuries. Their names were not disclosed.
