Investigation into serviceman Granik Khnkoyan’s death underway

On Aug. 11, 2023, the body of conscript soldier, Private
Granik Khnkoyan was found on the backside of the motor pool of the RA MoD’s N
military unit. The serviceman had received a gunshot wound to the head.

The Investigative Committee reports that they have started
criminal proceedings regarding the case. 

Forensic examination will be conducted during the
investigation.

The Investigation is underway.
