Azerbaijan and Russia working to improve relations, says Overchuk

Economic cooperation between Russia and Azerbaijan is very important for both countries; efforts are underway to improve relations, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexey Overchuk said.

“We held an intergovernmental meeting, and in the economic sector we both noted that our cooperation is developing. The partnership between Russia and Azerbaijan is very important for our countries, and we are working to improve these relations,” Overchuk said in response to a question about the prospects for restoring relations with Azerbaijan.
