Tigran Abrahamyan: What the Chief of the RA General Staff is doing now when true facts are being disguised with his tacit agreement

The authorities have taken new despicable actions with
regard to the case of Lt. Col. Ara Mkhitaryan’s murder. Secretary of the NA
With Honor Faction Tigran Abrahamyan made a Facebook post on this.

“Let me remind you that the officer of the RA Armed
Forces was brutally beaten by the gang connected with the authorities in 2019.
According to his family members and eyewitnesses, Trdat Sargsyan, former
Governor of the Vayots Dzor Province, currently an MP from KP, was personally
involved in the incident.

Now, under instructions from the authorities, criminal cases
for false reports have been brought against those witnesses, who not only saw
with their own eyes who was involved in the incident, but also were beaten
while trying to save the lieutenant colonel’s life.

Moreover, yesterday, the authorities imposed another
repressive measure on two officers by relieving them of their duties. This move
will, in fact, pose financial problems for the two officers, holding lieutenant
colonel rank.

I wonder what the Chief of the RA General Staff is doing now
when true facts are being disguised with his tacit agreement, when cases are
trumped up against his officers and moreover, when in this grave situation,
these two officers are not allowed to perform their duties.

What is more, the military silently swallowed Lt. Col. Ara
Mkhitaryan’s death. After all, they keep holding their positions, and the
authorities STILL bear with them,” Abrahamyan wrote.
