ECHR provides Armenia with Azerbaijani information on Vagif Khachatryan

The European Court of Human Rights provided Armenia with
information that it received from Azerbaijan regarding Vagif Khachatryan.

According to the RA representative on international legal
matters, the information was passed on to Khachatryan’s family.

Armenia will lodge its objections to the facts presented by
Azerbaijan and its position on the matter by the deadline set by the Court,
i.e. by Aug. 16, 2023.
