Israeli foreign minister suggests creating Palestinian state in France or Spain

Israel has rejected efforts by several Western countries, including Spain and France, to recognize Palestine as a state, Israeli Foreign Minister Gideon Sa’ar said.

Sa’ar proposed the idea of establishing a Palestinian state in France or Spain. “We completely reject current attempts to recognize a Palestinian terrorist state, which are directed against our small territory at the heart of the country,” the official stated.
