High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and
Security Policy Josep Borrell made an X post on his phone call with Armenian
Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan.
“I reiterated the EU support to reopen the Lachin corridor
without delay to enable humanitarian aid delivery. The key is to return to
dialogue in good faith, including between Baku and Karabakh Armenians,” he
wrote.
