ICRC: Vagif Khachatrtan was given the possibility to contact his family

According to the International Committee of the Red Cross,
68-year-old Vagif Khachatryan from Artsakh was given the possibility to contact
his family. Azerbaijan had abducted the man from the Lachin corridor on July
29. The ICRC made an X (Twitter) post on this. 

Earlier, the ICRC had written on X (Twitter) that ICRC
representatives had visited the man on the day of the arrest. One of the ICRC
delegates was a doctor.

As ABC Media reported earlier, Vagif Khachatryan was being
transferred to Armenia to undergo surgery on his heart. He has a heart
condition.
