Man with heart condition coming to Yerevan for surgery: taken off ICRC vehicle and arrested by Azerbaijan

Today, 68-year-old Vagif Khachatryan, arrested by
Azerbaijan, was being transferred to Yerevan to undergo surgery on his heart.
Artsakh Ombudsman Gegham Stepanyan has just said this to ABC Media.

According to the Ombudsman, the man was accompanied by his daughter.
However, the Azerbaijanis took only the sick man without his attendant.

To add, the patient’s surgery was already scheduled.

To remind, today, the State Border Service of Azerbaijan
took the 68-year-old resident of Artsakh off the ICRC vehicle and took him to
an unknown destination.
