Garnik Cholakyan crowned U23 European champion

Garnik Cholakya, representing Armenia in the European Junior
and U23 Championships in Bucharest, Romania, won a gold medal in the 61 kg
weight category. He achieved a total of 255 kilograms (115 kilograms + 140
kilograms).

The Armenian weightlifter won gold medals in the clean and
jerk and the snatch as well.
