Convoys carrying 400 tons of humanitarian aid from the RA
Foreign Ministry in a rather showy manner are stuck in Kornidzor and cannot
move forward. The Azerbaijani side simply does not allow them to move forward a
centimeter. According to the Head of the Working Group on the Humanitarian
Crisis in Artsakh, Vardan Sargsyan, they have appealed to both the Russian
peacekeepers and Azerbaijan on this issue. The decision to send humanitarian
aid to Artsakh was made after Pashinyan’s press conference, when he stated once
again that he washes his hands of Artsakh.
