Armenian ambassador to US and deputy secretary of state discuss TRIPP implementation

On Oct. 8, Armenia’s Ambassador to the United States Narek Mkrtchyan met with U.S. Deputy Secretary of State for Political Affairs Allison Hooker, the Armenian Embassy in Washington reported.

The sides discussed the implementation of the documents signed in Washington on Aug. 8, particularly the Armenia-U.S. memoranda of understanding and the TRIPP initiative.

Hooker reaffirmed the United States’ commitment to the agenda of promoting peace and regional cooperation in the South Caucasus.
