Convoys carrying 400 tons of humanitarian aid from Yerevan

Community leader of Kornidzor Arshak Karapetyan told ABC
Media that nothing has changed yet. He also mentioned that acts of provocation
from the Azerbaijani side have not been recorded.
Arshak Karapetyan noted that they are still negotiating and
he cannot comment on the outcome.
